U.S. SHIPPING:

Thank you for your purchase. All orders are shipped from our studio in North Carolina. Standard Shipping is free for purchases over $100 for Righteous Rosey customers within the Contiguous United States. Non-Contiguous territories of the United States are subject to additional shipping rates due to distance.

Express shipping within the United states is $35.

Orders are generally fulfilled and shipped 2-3 business days (M-F) after purchase unless otherwise indicated. Processing time for personalized, custom and pre-order items may take longer, please reference the product. We ship via Fedex, USPS & UPS. Tracking information will be shared upon shipment & tracking information continues to update.

RETURN PROCESS

Each Righteous Rosey piece is carefully handmade with skill & attention to detail. We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are in need of return services please email us at contact@righteousrosey.com with your order number & “Return” in the subject line. Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase with your sales receipt for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.  No refunds will be given under any circumstances. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please allow 15 days from the date that we received your item to process your return. We also appreciate the care you take to package your return in its original packaging or a well protected box or padded mailer with a copy of your order confirmation. Righteous Rosey cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. We thank you for understanding.

LATE RETURNS 

Any item returned after 15 days from order date is not eligible for exchange.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description unless they are faulty. 

 

EXCHANGES

A store credit will be issued once we have received your returned items. Please allow up to 15 days for your exchange to be processed. Processed credits do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

REPAIRS

Righteous Rosey prayer tools & adornments are made to be loved & well used. Carefully handcrafted with skill & quality materials, we take pride in our creations. This being said, many of our products will be handled often through prayer, meditation & repeated wear. If continued use or an accident has your piece in need of repair, please send your concerns & questions to us at righteousrosey. We are happy to help & appreciate you providing us with the following information included in your email. Your order number &  “Repair” in the subject line. Also please include your name, a description of the damage & whenever possible a photo of the piece itself & the needed repair. We are eager to speak to you about the most cost effective & efficient way to have your piece repaired or replaced.Thank you.
